AUTHOR BIO

The author was born in Northern Minnesota in 1963 as the sixth of seven children. He grew up on a dairy farm and was active in the nearby Church. This author’s spiritual struggle started when he was fourteen years old and spent a week at a seminary in St. Cloud, Minnesota, as a guest. He spent time with the students hearing about God’s desire for them as they sought to follow the Lord. That visit formed a desire to understand God and His Will for himself. Over a few years of self-evaluation, he developed a list of questions that he needed answered.

In the search for those answers, the author found an interest in history—who we were and where we came from. After attending seminary and experiencing God’s love and grace during a tour to Iraq, as a part of the Chaplain Corp, he not only found the answers to the questions, but now feels called to share his findings with others.

Since his time in Iraq, the author has attended two bible colleges and earned his master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. At the same time, he developed a desire to start writing a book to share his findings. This desire continued to grow with the encouragement of his wife (Stacy) and son (Joshua) along with the support of Dr. Gregg and Dr. Limbaugh to develop the content.
